About Ventpro
Indoor climate engineering for tropical Asia
We design practical, durable ventilation and indoor climate systems built around the realities of hot, humid and polluted outdoor air.
Who We Are
Local project experience, European technology
Ventpro combines local project experience in Thailand with established European ventilation technology and technical support from partners such as Swegon. This allows us to design practical indoor climate solutions adapted to Thailand’s hot, humid and polluted outdoor air conditions.

Air conditioning is not ventilation.
Cooling recirculates the same indoor air. Only ventilation brings in filtered fresh air and removes stale air, CO₂, and pollutants — the reason it is a separate discipline in a tropical climate.
Why Tropical Ventilation Matters
A climate that standard systems ignore
Much of the world’s ventilation equipment is engineered for cold, dry climates. In Thailand the challenge is the opposite: persistent heat, high humidity, and seasonal PM2.5 that makes simply opening a window unsafe.
Air conditioning alone only recirculates and cools the same indoor air — it does not bring in fresh air or remove accumulated CO₂, odors, and pollutants. Proper ventilation is a separate discipline, and it has to be engineered for the tropical reality rather than adapted from a temperate template.

Our Expertise
Four disciplines, one balanced system
We bring together the core competencies needed to deliver indoor climate that actually performs in a tropical building.
Ventilation & Fresh Air
Balanced mechanical ventilation and energy recovery designed to deliver continuous, filtered fresh air without wasting cooling energy.
Humidity & Comfort
System designs that help reduce incoming humidity load and improve latent comfort, protecting both occupants and interiors.
PM2.5 Filtration
Multi-stage filtration matched to ISO 16890 and HEPA grades to keep fine particulate out during Thailand’s pollution season.
Controls & Monitoring
Sensor-driven control strategies and monitoring that keep systems operating to design intent over their full service life.
Swegon Partnership
Backed by established European technology
Our solutions are built on ventilation technology from established European manufacturers, including partners such as Swegon. This gives our clients access to mature, well-documented equipment and the technical support that stands behind it.
We pair that technology with local engineering, so systems are not just imported but properly designed, sized, and commissioned for the building and climate they serve.

Thailand & Vietnam Context
Engineered for the region we work in
Thailand
Rapid urban development, premium residential and commercial projects, and recurring PM2.5 seasons have made fresh-air ventilation a genuine requirement rather than a luxury. We focus on solutions that hold up to year-round heat and humidity.
Vietnam
Sharing a similar tropical climate and fast-growing construction market, Vietnam faces the same core challenges. The same engineering principles — balanced ventilation, energy recovery, and effective filtration — translate directly across the region.
Service & Support Lifecycle
Designed with a 20+ year system mindset
We support a project across its full lifecycle — engineered for long-term operation and serviceability, not just the day of handover.
01
Design & Engineering
Load calculations, airflow design, and equipment selection tailored to the building and its tropical operating conditions.
02
Supply & Installation
Coordinated supply of European-grade equipment with installation aligned to the building program and other trades.
03
Commissioning & Handover
Balancing, testing, and verification so the installed system performs to its calculated design figures before handover.
04
Service & Support
Filter programs, preventive maintenance, and technical support engineered for long-term operation and serviceability.
